HOW IT WORKS

Solar systems work by converting light from the sun into energy, which can be used in your home or exported to the grid when not needed.Panels on your roof generate DC (Direct Current) electricity; this is fed into your inverter which then converts the DC electricity into 240 volt AC (Alternating Current) electricity.

Your energy provider will install a new bi – directional meter which will monitor both the incoming and outgoing electricity.Your bills will then take into account the lower amounts of electricity you will need to buy plus credits for the electricity you don’t use.
