Q CELLS are a leading global solar company who focus on exploring new approaches and technologies at their four research and development centers in Germany, Korea, China and Malaysia.

They are heavily invested in R&D to continue to advance their products and manufacturing methods. A pioneer in the production of silicon solar cells; Q CELLS began production in 2001 with only 19 employees. Today, they’re one of the world’s leading producers, with over 1500 employees worldwide.

Their range of solar products are manufactured in their international facilities in China, Malaysia, USA, and South Korea, and their solar products and services are sold worldwide. Their panels boast innovative all-weather technology, providing optimal yields, whatever the weather, with excellent low-light and temperature behaviour. 

The solar cell manufacturing process is fully automated, from first inspection through to final inspection and testing. This rigorous process ensures 100% quality control and the production of solar cells with efficiency ratings of over 19%. They’ve also developed some of the world’s most comprehensive quality inspection procedures and testing processes, setting the world standard in the production of solar cells.

Since 2010, Q CELLS’ modules have consistently performed at or amongst the top group of PV modules in the Desert Knowledge Solar Centre in Alice Springs. 
All QCELLS modules are Clean Energy Council (CEC) Australia certified, as well as VDE Quality Tested.

All Q CELLS solar panels are backed by an up to 25 year product warranty and have a 25-year linear performance warranty.
