Infinite Energy and JET Charge today announced a partnership to bring the world’s leading Electric Vehicle charging solutions to the WA market.
Infinite Energy CEO, Shane Cremin, said the decision to enter a partnership with JET Charge was a logical step, “Electric Vehicle charging will complete the picture for Infinite Energy’s residential and commercial energy solutions, with solar, battery storage and retail electricity already part of our offering to the market.”
According to Tim Washington, the founder of JET Charge, WA was an ideal market for their products, “WA is in the perfect position for the take up of Electric Vehicles, with ample electricity generation capacity, particularly with the amount of rooftop solar deployed in WA in the past few years.
“We’re pleased to partner with Infinite Energy in building the infrastructure in WA to support the coming Electric Vehicle revolution.”
Demand for EV’s is expected to increase dramatically over the next few years, thanks to superior performance, and substantially lower running and servicing/maintenance costs than their diesel/petrol counterparts.
“We believe that Electric Vehicles will move towards dominating the vehicle market in the next 5 to 10 years,” said Mr Cremin. “We’re proud to partner with JET Charge to bring its world class charging infrastructure and expertise to WA.”
Although currently on the more expensive end of the automobile spectrum, upfront costs for EV’s are expected to greatly decrease over the next few years, with the Tesla Model 3 expected to spur mass EV adoption.
This uptake will increase the need for high quality EV chargers like the EV Box. EV Box is one of the highest performing chargers on the market, boasting demand response, load levelling, peaking demand shaving, and max amperage configuration.
