RTR 92.1FM is an independent radio station based in Mt Lawley WA, broadcasting to the whole metro area 24/7. RTR is a not for profit operation who’s broadcasters are volunteers. The station relies on grants, fund raising and listener subscriptions to stay on the air. Offering such a diverse range of music as RTR does, the listener base is broad and highly engaged.
RTR approached Infinite Energy to assist with making the station more financially sustainable, off the back of its solar fund raising drive conducted this year. Infinite Energy designed a tailored solar system to reduce electricity spend immediately and allow for expansion in the future. In addition, Infinite Energy provided an electricity supply contract that saw even further reductions for the station.
